Program Open to RSU 22 Residents Only.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS AT ALL TIMES. BUFFS/GAITERS AND FACE SHIELDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO SPECTATORS ALLOWED.
Participants may attend one clinic or multiple clinics. 3 Clinics offered for Pitching/Throwing. Ideally participants should attend all three clinics of the particular skill.
Goal for Pitching /Throwing: To maximize the efficiency of the correct throwing motion and delivery and to teach proper care and maintenance/stretching techniques of the arm and shoulder. You will learn how to use ALL the parts of your body to throw a baseball correctly, and safely, and hopefully, maximize your accuracy and throwing consistent strikes. The athletes will also learn basic fundamentals of fielding the position of pitcher.

Program Date: Pitching/Throwing Wednesdays 2/24, 3/3, 3/10/21
Program Time: 4-5:30 pm (age 9-11) and 5:30-7 pm (age 12-14) (if low enrollment the groups will be combined into the 4-5:30 time block)

Program Fee Hampden Resident: $15.00 per session
Program Fee Non Resident: $20.00 per session

Program Equipment/Supplies Required:
Mask, Water bottle, glove, a baseball cap, a long sleeve shirt that covers the elbow, sneakers (not worn in from outside), and bring a sweatshirt just in case its cold
