This program provides opportunities for the youth in the community to make a difference and fine tune their leadership skills.  It gives teens the opportunity to prepare for future employment by including an interviewing portion, experience working with youth, training opportunities and a chance to serve in assisting throughout the the day at summer camp. Applicants will be reviewed in the same manner as summer employee applicants with a limited number of spots available. Not all applicants may be chosen for this program.

Program Date: June 17-August 9, 2019 (Days will vary-schedule will follow)
Program Time: TBA for training and 8am-4pm for summer camp
Program Location: Skehan Center & Reeds Brook Middle School
Program Registration Minimum: 2
Program Registration Maximum: 6
Program Registration Deadline: Monday, May 20, 2019
Program Fee Hampden Resident: $200.00 due upon program acceptance
Program Fee Non Resident: $220.00 due upon program acceptance
Program Equipment/Supplies Required: Application must be completed and returned by Monday, May 20th.  Individuals will be contacted for interviews between May 31-June 4.
